Passed away after a long battle with cancer on Friday, April 14^th, 2023, at the age of 66. Johnny was born on March 6^th, 1957, in Greeneville, Tennessee, to the late Ed Crum & Nelly Fannon. He is remembered as being a free-spirited lover of life who always had fun and cherished the time he spent with his family.

Johnny is survived by his “common law wife” of 43 years, Sandy Richards; children Johnny “Bootie” (Briettnay) Fannon, Jr., Daniel (Tianna Frazier) Fannon, and Robert (Jessica Fowler) Fannon; eight grandchildren; one great grandchild; brother Jerry Lynn Fannon; and special cousins Mike Swafford and Coy Glass; as well as many nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.

Johnny was preceded in death by a grandchild; and brothers Roger Fannon and Kenny Fannon.

In accordance with Johnny’s wishes, cremation is to take place.
