John C. Tyler Hemlock, Michigan Passed away Tuesday, July 1, 2014 at Covenant cooper at the age of 75 years. John was born May 21, 1939 in Saginaw, the son of the late John A. and Leona (Duby) Tyler. He married Katherine Elms on April 15, 1961. She survives him. He was a member of St. Peter Lutheran Church, Hemlock. John served with the U.S. Marine Corps. He had been employed by Asher's and Riverside Auto Parts. Surviving besides his wife, Kathy, are two daughters, Mary Tyler and Donna Nowosatko; two grandchildren, Kaily and Marion Nowosatko, III; a sister, Edith Mead; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother, Richard Tyler. Funeral service will take place at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, July 3, 2014 at the W. L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel, 201 N. Miller Rd. Entombment to follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at the chapel from 11:00 a.m. Thursday until time of service.
