Our loving brother, uncle and friend passed away suddenly on Tuesday, February 25, 2020; at the age of 49 years. The son of the late Robert and Katherine (Weaver) Swift was born on March 15, 1970 in Saginaw, Michigan.

Surviving are three brothers and one sister: James Robert (Debra) Swift Jr., Keith Michael (Sherrie) Swift, Georgiana Marie Dietrich, Thomas Mathew (Charlene) Swift; and an uncle: James (Jan) Weaver. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews and extended family. Jeff was preceded in death by a sister: MaryAnn Swift.

Honoring Jeff’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place at 12:00 p.m. (Noon) on Thursday, March 5, 2020 at W. L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Road, Saginaw. Rev. Bill Bodnar will officiate. Friends may visit the family from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service on Thursday at the funeral chapel.
