Passed away on November 13, 2025, at his home at the age of 76 years. Jay was born on October 9, 1949, in Flint, MI, to the late GB and Mary (Martinus) Rousseau. He graduated college with a Bachelor Degree in Fine Arts. Jay was a proud Scoutmaster and enjoyed gardening throughout his life.

Jay is survived by his son, Beau Rousseau; siblings: Claudia, Celeste, Gregg and Eric.

He was predeceased by his brother Mark.

Honoring Jay's wishes cremation has taken place. No services will be held.
