Obituary

Jane M. Easlick of Hemlock, Michigan

Beloved sister, aunt, and friend passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 5, 2026, at LaVigne Home for Compassionate Care. She was 93 years old. Jane M. Easlick was born on September 25, 1932, in Saginaw, Michigan, to the late Clyde and Ann (Leonard) Easlick. She was a proud graduate of Hemlock High School. Following graduation, Jane began working at Hess Duck Farm south of Hemlock. In 1954, she began a 32-year career as a secretary with the Dow Chemical Company, retiring in 1986. Jane was a lifelong and faithful member of St. John XXIII Catholic Church in Hemlock. She was an avid reader, devoted Detroit Tigers fan, and enjoyed staying current on all news related topics. Jane loved and adored her family, especially spending time with her sisters, brother, nieces and nephews. Her little pieces of heaven were roller skating, traveling upstate to the family cottage and entertaining those she loved by towing them behind her speedboat. She will forever be remembered for her outgoing and fun-filled spirit, intellect and inquisitiveness, selflessness to anyone in need, and for truly living an amazing life filled with many beautiful memories with her family and friends.

Surviving is a brother, James C. Easlick of Hemlock. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Anna Easlick; two sisters: Ann E. (Paul) Schlenker and Lillian (Pierre) Loiselle; a sister-in-law: Alice Easlick; and friends too numerous to mention but held closely to her heart.

Arrangements are currently incomplete. A funeral Mass will be announced in the coming week and published on the following media: www.casefuneralhome.com, WNEM TV5 and the W. L. Case Funeral Home Facebook page.

Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to the Undercover Angels Animal Rescue of Saginaw. Please share your thoughts and memories with the family through www.casefuneralhome.com.
