Sentell, Hue Lee Saginaw, Michigan Passed away Friday, October 25, 2013 at Covenant Healthcare, age 82 years. Hue was born in Baldwin, Texas February 10, 1931. He married Dorothy Mae Jones on August 22, 1958. She predeceased him on August 22, 2001. Hue worked for over 30 years at Grey Iron Foundry. He loved to walk at the Fashion Square Mall, bake cookies and make peanut brittle. He was a member of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ of the Apostolic Faith, where he served for many years as a supervisor and worshipped with his church family including Mother Johnnie Burt, Roy & Delores Walker, Sister Beatrice Shorter, David & Debbie Burt and Cindy Shorter. Hue is survived by his three daughters, Gwendolyn Bradshaw (Arthur Smith); Veronica Sentell and Renina (Robert) Lane; two grandsons, Scottie Lewis (Danita) Bradshaw and Lionel Baldwin; five great-grandchildren, Kaylin, Taylor, Lionel Jr., Michael, and Joseph; his god-son, Nathan Jones; siblings Charlene Jones, Jasper and Edward Sentell, Florine Beatty, Mattie Brewer, Clarice Buckham, Evelyn Owen and Clara Mae Thomas; special nieces, Diane Clark and Patricia Fuller; a special sister-in-law, Louise Jones; a host of nieces, nephews and special friends, including, Annie Fields, Josephine Breckenridge, Carol Buxton, Louise Jones, Ora Hubbard, Enzell McCollum, Rhonda Warren, Jettie Hoggs, Gloria Hughes, Jimmie and Mary Pritchett. He was predeceased by five siblings. The funeral service will take place 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 1, 2013 at W. L. Case & Company, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. Rev. Vincent McMillon will officiate with burial to follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family at the chapel Friday from 10:00 a.m. until time of the service.
