Our loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at the age of 90 years.

Helene was born on January 8, 1936, daughter of the late Wilhelm and Lina (Schafer) Stein, in Wachtersbach, Germany. She married Wilfred F. Glaser on May 4, 1957. He predeceased her on April 9, 2005.

She enjoyed flower gardening, feeding the hummingbirds and attending concerts in Frankenmuth. Helene was a big Elvis Fan and enjoyed watching wrestling on t.v. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family and visits from her great granddaughter, Mary.

Helene is survived by her sons and their spouses, Peter Glaser, Wayne and Jan Glaser, Gary and Mary Glaser, Dale and Mary Jo Glaser; grandchildren, Laura, Lisa, Sarah, Mark and Tim; 11 great grandchildren; brother and sister-in-law, William and Dorine Glaser. She was predeceased by her brothers Walter, Arthur, Heinz and Inge Stein, sister and brother-in-law, Diane and Bruce Wenn, and sister-in-law, Geraldine Wellman.

The family would like to express their appreciation to the special caregivers at Meadows on McCarty, Compassus Hospice of Saginaw Nurse, Renee and Aid, Sarah.

Funeral service will take place at 12:00 Noon on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at W. L. Case and Company Funeral Directors, 5700 Dixie Highway. Pastor Jim Doran will officiate with burial in Cook Cemetery, Taymouth Township. Friends may visit with the family from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
