Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend went to be with the Lord on November 4, 2025.

The daughter of the late Daniel and Francis Hernandez was born on March 7, 1947, in Saginaw. She retired from General Motors after over 20 years of service. Gloria was member of Sheridan Road Baptist Church. She enjoyed reading, shopping, playing games of dominos and cherished time spent with her family and friends.

Surviving are her son, Fernando Hernandez, grandchildren: Angelica Hernandez, Sergio Hernandez, great-grandson Elijah Hernandez, her siblings: Dora Vela, Juan Hernandez Sr., and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her siblings: Delma Flores, Santa Munson, Minerva Vela, Jose Hernandez.

Funeral service will take place at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, November 8, 2025 at Sheridan Road Baptist Church, Rev. Keith Williams will officiate with cremation to follow. Friends may visit with the family on Saturday at church, from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 3:00 p.m.
