Our beloved wife, sister, aunt and friend, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 22, 2016, age 52 years. Gloria was born on October 30, 1963, daughter of the late Darrell and Evelyn Hohisel, in Saginaw. She graduated from Arthur Hill High School in 1982. Gloria married Craig R. Towns on June 10, 1995, he survives her. She was a member of Christ the Good Shepherd Parish, St. Helen Church. She loved her family and loved spending time together. Most of all, Gloria loved laughter. She liked music and had a beautiful voice. She enjoyed crafts and decorating. She loved her pets like family and rescued many of them. She will be dearly missed by her husband Craig, her sisters, Carol (Kenneth) Leaym and Yvonne Comstock; her nephew, Spencer (Michelle) Fodczuk; her niece, great nephews, uncle, cousins and her dear friend, Tammy Kozlowski. She was predeceased by her sister, Darlene Huegel and her brother-in-law, Thomas Comstock. Funeral Liturgy will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 16, 2016 at Christ the Good Shepherd Parish, St. Helen Church, 2445 N. Charles. Honoring Gloria's wishes, cremation has taken place. Friends may visit with the family from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the family.
