She was born December 1, 1969 in Saginaw, Michigan to Jerry Smith and the late Donna Rulapaugh. Surviving are her daughter, Carly Bryan and her fianc, Robert Leal; Her father, Jerry and her step-mother, Judy Smith; her brothers and sisters and their spouses, Kelly and Bill Mazur; Robin and Cheech Johnson; John and Betty Johnson; James Johnson; Michelle Porter; Frankie and Kyle Herkner; Jack and Ann Stone; Jim and Denise Stone; many nieces and nephews; two special friends, Tammy and Jenny; her grand-dogs, Franklin and Fiona. The funeral service will take place at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 27, 2016, at the W. L. Case and Co. Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. Rev. will officiate with burial in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
