Geraldine Rappley

Rappley Geraldine Grayling, Michigan Formerly of Saginaw Passed away Wednesday March 6, 2013 at St Francis Home at the age of 86 years. Geraldine was born July 9, 1927 in Saginaw, Michigan. She was born the daughter of the late Robert and Gertrude (Trinklein) Leitz. She married Donald Rappley March 26, 1946. He predeceased her October 15, 1994. She was a member of Mt Hope Lutheran Church of Grayling, Lovells Hook and Trigger, Cheerful Givers of Lovells and many other hobbies and volunteer work. Surviving are her children Kimberly(Allan) Wakeley, Grayling; Donald Rappley Jr. and his special friend Charlene Bay City; Gerald Rappley and his special friend Elaine, Saginaw; 5 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren; two sisters Patricia Haven and Shirley Harris. Geraldine was predeceased by a special daughter-in-law Mary Ann Rappley, two sisters and three brothers; Beverly Leaman, Kathleen Moore, Donald Leitz, Richard Leitz and Robert Leitz. Funeral service will take place 3:00 p.m. Sunday March 10, 2013 at the W.L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel 201 N. Miller Rd. Rev. Robert Richards will officiate. Friends may call at the chapel on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the funeral service.
