Hanley, Geraldine Zilwaukee, MI Passed away August 23, 2014 at the age of 90. Geraldine was born August 21, 1924, in Saginaw, MI to the late Ralph and Esther (Schroeder) Spiekerman. She graduated from Arthur Hill High School class of 1942. She married James F. Hanley on November 28, 1944, in Topeka, Kansas. He predeceased her May 11, 1990. She was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church where she served on the Braille group and B.L.E.S.T. Ladies Society. She volunteered for St. Mary's, Covenant, and the Visiting Nurses. She is survived by her children, James R. (Camille) Hanley and Jeri (Mark) Neese; grandchildren, James E. Hanley, Erin Neese, Mitchell Neese, Abby Neese, and Laura Neese; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will take place at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, August 28, 2014, at Bethlehem Lutheran Church 808 Weiss. Rev. Michael Korte will officiate with burial to follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may visit with the family on Wednesday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at W.L. Case & Company 4480 Mackinaw Road and again at church on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
