Gerald G. Jahn

Gerald was called home to our Lord on Thursday, February 17, 2022. Age 83 years.

The only surviving son of the late Louis A. and Gladys (Finger) Jahn. Gerald was a graduate of Arthur Hill High School, Class of 1957. He went on to further his education, having earned degrees at both Michigan Technological University and Purdue University. Gerald was very intellectual and had a great passion for teaching as an Assistant Professor of Higher Mathematics and Statistics at University of Wisconsin Eau Claire. Even after retirement, he enjoyed traveling to Wisconsin to mentor students. He was a devout member of St. Paul Ev. Lutheran Church. He enjoyed spending time at his cottage at Wiggins Lake and at his home in Saginaw. Gerald appreciated the caring staff at Wellspring Senior Care.

Gerald is survived by many cousins and will be sorely missed. He was predeceased by an infant sister, Norma Jean Jahn.
