Gayle June Tack-Kendall Saginaw, Michigan Beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend passed away Saturday December 21, 2013. Age 66 years. The daughter of J.R. and Vita (Dismang) Johnson was born March 9, 1947 in Saginaw, Michigan. She married William (Bill) Tack, March 20, 1965. He passed away January 19, 2001. She later married Vern Kendall; He passed away August 9, 2008; She had been employed at the Merrill IGA Store and by Saginaw Fabric Outlet. She was a member of the Community Friends of Merrill. She enjoyed baking, dancing and most of all her family and grandchildren. Surviving besides her parents are four sons and their spouses, Mark and Penny Tack, Reese, MI; Brad and Cindy Tack, New York; Ryan and Jodi Tack, Merrill, MI; Darick Tack, Merrill, MI; eighteen grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; two brothers and their spouses, Joel and Dawn Johnson; John and Linda Johnson; several nieces, nephews and her special friend, Virginia Taylor. The funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 28, 2013, at the W. L. Case and Co. Funeral Chapel in Merrill. Rev. Bradley Harris will officiate with burial in Lakefield Twp. Cemetery. Friends may call at the Chapel from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 p.m. Friday.
