Fredrick Paul Jeschke, a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, passed away on July 7, 2024. He was born on December 31, 1940, in Saginaw, Michigan, to the late Waldemar Jeschke and Elsie Roth Jeschke. 

Fred graduated from Michigan Lutheran Seminary. After school, Fred served in the United States Army Reserves. He dedicated 40 years working for General Motors as a metallurgist.

Fred enjoyed learning new things and was an active member of OLLI (Osher Lifelong Learning Institute) at SVSU. Additionally, Fred was an avid sports fan, enjoyed playing pinochle, and camping with friends and family. Fred enjoyed traveling to destinations such as Greece, Ireland, and the Holy Land, with his wife Adrienne. 

Fred is survived by his loving wife Adrienne Swenson Jeschke; and their cherished children Teresa (Jon) Dobrowolsky and their children Clayton, Cody (Breanna Gunther), and Cory, Tim (Staci) Jeschke and their family, and Troy Jeschke.

The Funeral Liturgy will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 13, 2024, at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 1035 N River Rd, Saginaw, MI 48609, with Rev. Fr. Peter Gaspeny to officiate. Friends may visit with the family at the church on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Following the service military honors will be conducted by V.F.W. Post 7302 and the United States Army. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider Holy Spirit Catholic Church or the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA).
