Anger, Florence Evelyn (Peters) Hemlock, MI Passed away Tuesday, May 26, 2015 at Cartwright Care Center, age 83 years. Florence Lilley was born in Saginaw, Michigan October 5, 1931 the daughter of the late Walter Edgar and Lillian Louise (Dieter) Lilley. Florence was a former member of the Higgins Lake Baptist Church in Higgins Lake, Michigan and was a current member at Hopevale Church in Saginaw. She married Roy Earl Peters in 1947. He predeceased her. She married Sidney J. Anger February 14, 1975 and he predeceased her February 17, 2013. Florence worked as a Legal Secretary. She was the charter President of the Saginaw Legal Secretaries Association in 1969 and served as Vice-President of the Michigan Association of Legal Secretaries in 1971. She was on the Queen's Court of Tip-Up Town, USA in 1964 and a Lady Ambassador in 1967, She is survived by her daughter, Judy Louise (Denny Swarthout) Roy; her son, Ronald A. (Karla) Peters; four grandchildren, Jaimi (Nick) Carter, Jennifer Peters, Richard Reinhardt and Vincent (Lynn) Roy; six great-grandchildren, Hunter, Remington, Autumn and Gage Roy; Kaleb and Kaden Carter; many nieces and nephews. Florence was predeceased by three brothers, and a sister: Henry, James, and Bob Lilley, Virginia (Lilley) Wice. The funeral service will take place 1:00 p.m. Saturday, May 30, 2015 at W. L. Case & Company Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. Rev. Kevin Pierpont will officiate with burial in Pinegrove Cemetery, Freeland. Friends may visit with the family at the chapel Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until time of the service.
