Beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother passed away on Saturday, August 19, 2023, at her home, with her family at her side; at the age of 92 years.

The daughter of the late Michael and Pelagia “Pearl” (Chrzan) Yarch, Florence was born on December 9, 1930 in Rogers City, Michigan. She graduated from Rogers City High School with the class of 1948. Florence then obtained her LPN. She married Kenneth George Bull on June 25, 1955; he preceded her in death on October 17, 1993. She worked at Tiny Tot Diaper Service for many years of loyal and dedicated service. Florence was a member of St. Francis de Sales Parish, St. Christopher Catholic Church. Her role of a lifetime was being a devoted and caring stay at home mother for her daughters and sons. Florence enjoyed playing cards, knitting, bowling, puzzles, word searches, Chinese checkers, family picnics, and watching the Detroit Tigers. Above all, Florence cherished the time spent with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren who were the light of her world.

Surviving are her daughters, sons, and their spouses: Kathy Sackrider, Lori and Bob Slate, Bob and Michelle Bull, Steve and Sherry Bull, Sue and Russ Grim, Beth and Jeff Spencer; grandchildren: Fred, Ryan (Staci), Rob (Sara), Jamie (Coty), Sally (Martin), Robbie, Dustin (Christina), Jordan (Mel), Brianne (Cody), Matthew (Selina), Adam (Maddie), Kelsey (Scott), Jake (Autumn); thirteen great-grandchildren, one great-grandchild on the way, and very dear friends: Marge Schrems, Mary Wedding. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

Besides her husband and her parents, Florence was preceded in death by her infant son: Timothy Bull; son-in-law: Fred Sackrider; granddaughter: Tiffany Slate; sisters and brother: Stella (Charles) Montych, Louis (Sally) Yarch, Virginia (Marvin) Karsten; father and mother-in-law: John and Edna Bull, close sister-in-law and brother-in-law: Marjorie and Danny Sills. Also preceding her in death are many sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Compassus Hospice, especially to Marty, and Adreana; and to her daughter, Kathy Sackrider for their kind and compassionate care of Florence.
