Emilio José Silva

Beloved son, brother, uncle, nephew, and friend to many passed away at home in Saginaw on Sunday, March 26^th, 2023, at the age of 24. Emilio was born on November 3^rd, 1998, in Saginaw, Michigan, to Guadalupe Silva & Monica Domico, and was a 2018 graduate of Heritage High School. Emilio kept busy, spending his time helping friends and family around his community, preferring to take payment in the form of a good meal.  He loved being outside, enjoying hunting, fishing, or visiting the beach. He had a special love for all kinds of music, singing along to whatever was playing and attending concerts at the Vault. Emilio was also a devout Christian and member of Old Town Christian Outreach Center. Emilio is remembered as being a loving and compassionate person who cared for his family more than anything else. He was humble and content, wanting nothing more than to be there for those that he loved.

Emilio is survived by parents Guadalupe Silva and Monica (Randy Swank) Domico; siblings Corey Weber and Myah Silva; nieces and nephews Graham Weber and Saphira Knapp-Silva; and aunts and uncles Lisa Silva, Anthony (Terry) Silva, Patricia (Jim) Doran, Angela Torres, Martin (Crystal) Silva, Miguel (Amie Cantu) Silva, and Robert Domico; as well as many cousins, other family members, and friends.

Emilio was preceded in death by grandparents Guadalupe and Josephine Silva and grandfather Eugene Domico.

A funeral service for Emilio will be held at 4:00pm on Friday, March 31^st, 2023, at Old Town Christian Outreach Center, 600 Gratiot Ave, Saginaw, MI 48602, with Pastor Jim Doran presiding. Visitation will take place at the church from 3:00pm until the time of service. Cremation is to follow.
