Elsie A. Koch St. Charles, Michigan Formerly of Bay City, MI Passed away Sunday, March 10, 2013, at the Saginaw Senior Care. Age 94 years. The daughter of the late John and Katie (Feurstein) Miller was born September 7, 1918 in Saginaw, Michigan. She married Donald P. Koch, May 30, 1941. He passed away August 6, 1982. She enjoyed crocheting, needle work, was an excellent cook, but most of all enjoyed spending time with her family. Surviving are three daughters and their spouses, Carole Garcia, Kissimmee, Florida; Sandra and Herbert Rueger, St. Charles, MI with whom she made her home; Dona and Harold Couture, Bay City, MI; five grandchildren, Kathryn Garcia; Vicente Garcia; Kevin and Wendy Rueger; Brad Rueger; Eric and Amy Davenport; six great grandchildren, Vic Garcia; Melissa and Ashley Rueger; Austin, Livia and Jaida Davenport; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Herman Miller, a sister, Emma Cushman, and a son-in-law, Vicente Garcia Sr. Private family services will take place.
