Edward "Ed" Emil Gaiser

Loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother passed away at his home in Saginaw on Wednesday, August 16^th, 2023, at the age of 79. Ed was born in Saginaw on July 6^th, 1944, and was a 1962 graduate of Arthur Hill High School. After high school, Ed enlisted in the Air Force, where he proudly served his country as a medic. After his service, Ed worked as a machine repairman for the Eaton Corporation, retiring after 40 years. He married Andrea Kitsteiner on August 26^th, 1967. She survives him. In his free time, Ed liked to stay active fishing, golfing, camping, or just puttering around the yard or his woodshed. He is remembered as a nice, friendly, and loving man who was always willing to help anyone.

Ed is survived by his wife of 55 years, Andrea Gaiser; sons Dan Gaiser, Mike Gaiser, and Randy Gaiser; grandchildren Ryan Gaiser and Grace Gaiser; sister Joyce Young; brother-in-law Wayne (Ellis) Kitsteiner; niece Deb Baumgartner; and nephews Mark (Julie) Young and Jeff (Bridget) Young; as well as many other family members and friends.

Ed was preceded in death by grandson Kyle Pratt and brother-in-law David Young.
