Edith Lorraine Meyers of Saginaw, MI Beloved mother, grandmother and sister passed away on March 24, 2019 in her home surrounded by her loving family. She was 81 years old. Edith Lorraine Livingston was born on September 17, 1937 in Saginaw, Michigan to the late Arthur and Emma (Boearst) Livingston. She married William John Meyers on September 25, 1954; he preceded her in death on April 19, 1988. Edith loved going to garage sales, shopping, playing Bingo, and enjoying the simple things in life. She also enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and always spoke her mind. Edith was a sweet, selfless soul that would do anything for anyone, especially her family. She is survived by her seven children, William (Patricia) Meyers, David Meyers, Emma (Rodney) Trumble, Karen (Tom) Willett, Arthur (Angela) Meyers, Alan (Char) Meyers, and Virginia (Mac) Rodriguez; 20 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; her sister and best friend, Charlotte Booth; and her sister, Joyce Manor. Besides her husband, William, Edith is preceded in death by six sisters, two brothers, and a daughter-in-law, Lynn Meyers. A Funeral Service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 28, 2019, at the W. L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Road. Pastor Susan Hand will officiate. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may visit with the family on Wednesday from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
