Duncan Oversby Toshach Saginaw, Michigan Passed away suddenly, Wednesday, June 11, 2014. Age 45 years. The son of Clarice (Oversby) and the late Daniel W. Toshach, well known architect, was born October 15, 1968 in Saginaw, MI. He married Tamera Ashmore, April 11, 2014. She survives him. Duncan was a graduate of Swan Valley High School, Class of 1987. He was employed by FedEX Freight and also owned and operated an excavation contracting business. He also operated several rental properties. Surviving besides his wife, Tamera, and his mother, Clarice, are two children, Sydney and Brooke Toshach; his step-children, Kirsten and Nathan Davis; six brothers, sisters and their spouses, Paul and Merry Beard; Lynn and Calvin Layton; Mary Toshach and her husband, Bob Christenson; Daniel Toshach Jr. and his wife, Julie; Pam and Dave Combs; Dr. Trina Toshach; his mother-in-law and her husband, Carol and Ed Ryan; his father-in-law and his wife, Roger and Mary Ashmore; his sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Holly Radke and her husband, David; Jade Ashmore; Roger Ashmore II; many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Monday, June 16, 2014 at the W. L. Case and Co. Funeral Chapel, 201 N. Miller Rd. Saginaw. Dr. Todd S. Farley will officiate. Friends may call at the Chapel from 1:00-4:00 and 5:00-7:00 p.m. Saturday, June 14, 2014.
