Duane Reynolds

Mr. Duane Reynolds passed away on Thursday June 6, 2024 in Saginaw MI. at the age of 68 years. Duane was the son of Arthur and Mildred Louise(Williams) Reynolds.

Duane was born and lived his life in Saginaw, MI. He was a graduate of Saginaw High School, “Class Of 73”.  Duane retired from AT&T after 30+ years of service. He was an avid reader and always had a book he was working on. He believed in healthy living, exercising almost daily. The YMCA was his second home. The “Guys” (that was what he called them) at the “Y” were his second family. He truly enjoyed them. Duane loved to sing. Along with his brother Steven Reynolds, friends Ricky Nash, Randy Thompon and Warren Franklin, they formed the group Ebony Faces. If you ever talked with Duane for more than one minute you knew cars were his favorite toy. He always kept a clean and shiny one in the driveway.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife Yolanda Reynolds. A son Devin Porter, his wife and 2 sons.  A daughter LaShawna Reynolds. Stepchildren Andre Smith, and Shonqunette (Kevin) Morreale. Grandchildren Ariyanna Reynolds, A’den Duane Reynolds, Andriana Smith, Skyy Smith, Andre Smith II and Dante Morreale. Brothers T. Arthur(Sarah) Reynolds, Gary Reynolds, Daryl C.(Cornelia) Reynolds. Sister Wanda F. Reynolds. As well as many nieces, nephews, and other family members.

Duane was preceded in death by his parents T. Arthur and Mildred Reynolds. Brother Steven Reynolds and daughter Crystal Reynolds.  A very special niece Tamika Reynolds.

A Celebration of Life will take place Friday June 21, 2024 3:00 P.M. at the Buena Vista Community Center 1940 S. Outer Drive Saginaw MI. 48601.  Arrangements entrusted to W. L. Case and Company Funeral Directors.
