Duane R. Brayman Sr.
Of Saginaw, MI

Beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle and friend went into the arms of Jesus on September 24, 2020. He was 79 years old.

Duane was born on September 18, 1941 to the late Charles and Marletta (Rondo) Brayman in Saginaw. He married Betty Briggs in 1960, sharing 60 years of marriage; she survives him. Duane worked at Steering Gear Plant 2 for 33 years. He enjoyed hunting, camping, traveling down south, working on and driving his ’41 Chevy, “Black Beauty” and playing with his great-grandbabies and his beloved dogs, Squirt and Holly.

Surviving, along with his wife, Betty, are three children: Duane R. (Paty) Brayman Jr., Brett K. (Maria) Brayman Sr., and Tammy L. (Jeffrey) Plank, eight grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, three sisters, one brother, as well as several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by a grandchild, Travis Plank, a brother, Leroy Brayman, and Granny.

Funeral service will be held at 1:30 pm on Tuesday, September 29, 2020 at Family Baptist Church, 3530 Midland Rd, Saginaw, MI 48603. Rev. Stanley R. Dulaney and Rev. Kent Modlin will officiate with burial to follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may visit with the family at the church from 11 am until the time of service.
