Dorothy Mae Strickland

Strickland, Dorothy Mae Birch Run, MI Passed away on Monday, March 18, 2013 at Tendercare Frankenmuth at the 72 years. The daughter of the late Leonard and Olga (Hoffman) Carbeno was born on February 24, 1941 in Saginaw, MI. She married Homer Strickland, he predeceased her. She was of Lutheran Faith. She enjoyed people, especially spending time with her sisters. Surviving are her sisters; Lorraine Mendyk, Shirley (Jerry) Goodman, Marlene Gotham, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers Melvin Carbeno and Gerald Carbeno. Funeral service will take place at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, March 21, 2013 at W. L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel, 5700 Dixie HWY. Reb. Bob Allmann will officiate with cremation to follow. Friends may visit with the family on Thursday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral chapel.
