Donna Marie (Pretzer) Durow left this earth on November 20,2019 to join her Heavenly Father. She was born April 8,1929, the daughter of Leonard J. and Hilda L. (Dittman) Pretzer in Hemlock, Ml. Donna was employed at Sunshine Biscuits in the Saginaw office for 17 years (some full time, some part time) and then at Rehmann Robson CPA for 26 years, retiring in December 1994. After retirement, Donna did volunteer work at Holy Cross Lutheran Church. Surviving family members are her daughters and daughter-in-law: Diane (Greg) Young of Hemlock, Cheryl (Chris) Jozwiak of Kalamazoo, and Beth Durow of Saginaw. She was predeceased by her son, Mark in 2006. Also, surviving are her beloved grandchildren: Sandy (Randy) Cottle, Erik Jones, Teri Huff, Jason (Lisa) Young, Heather (Mark) Nichols, Aaron Jozwiak, Amie Jozwiak, Justin Durow and Sarah (Joshua) Lenartowicz. She also leaves several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her brother Wallace L. Pretzer (2019) and sister-in-law Diane R. Pretzer (2018). Funeral service will take place at 1:00 p.m. Sunday, November 24, 2019 at the W. L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. Rev. James Krueger will officiate with private burial at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may visit with the family on Saturday at the funeral chapel from 4:00-8:00 p.m. and on Sunday from 12:00 noon until the time of the funeral service. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations to a charity of your choice.
