Donna Louise Alcock

Hemlock, Michigan

     Passed away Saturday, August 20, 2022, at her home. Age 69 years.

     The daughter of the late Stella Pearl (Bassler) and John Reginald McMahon was born October 3, 1952 in Saginaw, Michigan.  She married Timothy Wayne Alcock, January 27, 1973. He survives her. Donna retired from Green Stone Farm Credit, where she worked as a loan officer.  She was a member of St. John XXIII Parish, St. Mary of Hemlock Church.  She enjoyed traveling, cooking, gardening, and most of all her family.

     Surviving besides her husband, Timothy, are three daughters and their spouses  Jill and Brookes Leone; Amy Alcock; Melissa and Ed Ramos; eight grandchildren, Makayla, Anthony, Keagan, Aaiden, Sarah, Hannah, Emily and Mary Anna; several great grandchildren; her brothers and sisters,  Ronald Benton, Nancy Benton, James McMahon, Joseph (Diane) McMahon; Terrence (Barb) McMahon; Richard (Amanda) McMahon; Marilyn (James) Egerer; Alan (Brenda) McMahon; her sisters-in-law, Marsha (David) Layne; Barbara (Michael)Wood; Lynn (Larry) Henderson; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers, Robert Benton, Michael McMahon, a sister, Patricia McMahon, three sisters-in-law, Sharon Freeman, Diane McMahon and Georgia Alderton, two brothers-in-law, George Alcock and Michael Woods, her nephews, David Benton, Joey McMahon, Anthony Freeman, Michael Freeman, Doug McCallum and Todd McCallum

    The funeral liturgy will take place at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 23, 2022 at St. John XXIII, St. Mary of Hemlock Church. Fr. Steve Gavit will officiate with burial in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Hemlock. Friends may visit with family on Monday from 2:00-8:00 p.m. at the W. L. Case and Co. Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. and then on Tuesday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral liturgy. www.casefuneralhome.com
