Donald James Binder Saginaw, Michigan Passed away May 6, 2015 following a lengthy Illness. Age 81 years. The son of the late Edward and Pauline (Kretz) Binder was born May 29, 1933 in Saginaw, Michigan. He was employed by Saginaw Control and Engineering, retiring with 30 years of service. He was a life-long member of St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church. He loved to work out-of-doors, landscaping, loved his tractors and cutting down trees. He enjoyed watching deer come to feed on his apple trees. He leaves behind to cherish his memory three sons, two daughters and their spouses, Donnie Binder, Mims, FL; Dan and Rhonda Binder, Midland, MI; Dawn and David Miller, Harrison, MI; Dave Binder, Saginaw, MI; Dana and Cal Gauna, Hemlock, MI; 7 grandchildren and their spouses, Paige and Andrew Pollard; Jeff and Kirsten Binder; Sarah and Justin Wrzesinski; Chad Booth, Julia Gauna; Jace Binder; Joslyn Binder; a great grandchild, Chayse Wrzesinski; two brothers and their wives, Dale and Gloria Binder; Jack and Diann Binder; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother, Joe Binder, a sister-in-law, Cecilia, and a niece, Ann Marie Bryan. The funeral liturgy will take place at 11:00 a.m. Monday, May 11, 2015, at St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, 4735 W. Michigan Ave. Saginaw. Rev. Andrew LaFramboise will officiate with entombment in St. Andrew Mausoleum. Friends may call at the W. L. Case and Co. Funeral Chapel, 201 N. Miller Rd. from 2:00-8:00 p.m. Sunday where a vigil service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Friends may then call at the church from 10:00 a.m. Monday until the time of the funeral liturgy.
