Passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, December 9, 2021. Don was born June 4, 1973, to Donald G Stephens and Kathryn McCann Stephens. Don (Norm) was a 1992 graduate of Hemlock High School. He was an avid outdoorsman and sports fan who enjoyed hunting, fishing and watching football. Don especially enjoyed spending time with his family. Don's friends and family will miss his sense of humor, infectious smile, and big heart.
Don is survived by his son, Benjamin; mother and stepfather, Kathryn (Kay) and Daniel Peele; sister, Tracy Stephens; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Don was preceded in death by his father, Donald G. Stephens, and grandparents, Ralph and Alma Stephens, and William and Pauline McCann.
The funeral service will take place at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, December 16, 2021, at the W. L. Case and Co. Funeral Chapel, 201 N. Miller Rd. Rev. Peter Gaspeny will officiate with burial in Oakwood Cemetery. Don's family and friends are invited to honor his life during a visitation at Cases Funeral Home, 201 N.
