Our loving husband, father and grandfather, passed away on Saturday, December 5, 2020. Age 84 years.

Donald was born on June 5, 1936. Son of the late Harold and Helen (Gaertner) Reimer, in Saginaw. He married Nancy Tesauro on September 3, 1955. She survives him. Donald was a member of St. Peter Lutheran Church in Hemlock. He retired from Reimers Rainbow Acres, after many years of commercial beekeeping and cultivating blueberries. He was also a member of the Saginaw Valley Bee Keepers Association. He enjoyed deer hunting, playing card games and spending time with his family. He will be remembered for being dependable, loving and supportive to his family.

Donald will be missed by his wife, Nancy; children, Julie (Dale) Humbert, Jeff (Deb) Reimer, Peggy (Mark) Zemanek, Steve Reimer and Cindy (Kevin)Pavlik; grandchildren, Gabe, Lillie, Rachel, Joel, Blake, Amanda and Zachary; brother, Harvey Reimer; many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sisters and brothers-in-law, Gertrude and Ronald Bierlein, Geraldine and Jacob Fahrenbruch, Lucinda and Ernest Adams; sister, Janet Monson, sister-in-law, Sandy Reimer, niece, Sherry Adams, nephews, Mike Bierlein and Tim Adams.

A private committal service will take place. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider St. Peter Lutheran Church, Hemlock or Saginaw Rescue Mission.
