Donald Anson Spooner

Spooner, Donald Anson Saginaw, Michigan Passed away on October 25, 2015 at the age of 90 years. The son of the late Anson and Myrtle (Jones) Spooner was born on December 2, 1924 in Saginaw. He married Catherine Pickell on June 28, 1947; she survives him. Don served in the U.S. Navy from 1943-1946. He retired from Miller Mold Company with over 30 years of service. Don enjoyed boating and fishing but most especially loved to spend time at home with his family. Don is survived by his wife Catherine, their children: Tod (Dawn) Spooner, Jill (Richard) Wardin, two grandsons: Jeffrey (Katie) Spooner, Jacob Wardin, a great-grandson, Miles Spooner, his sister; Lucille Clements and many other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his siblings: June, Betty and Arthur. Private services for Don were held. Arrangements by W. L. Case and Company
