Dennis Carl Pontseele, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, passed away on January 25, 2024, at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. He was born on November 2, 1946, in Carson City, Michigan, to Albert and Aleta Pontseele (Coty). Dennis had a fulfilling career as a Journeyman Carpenter. He dedicated his life to honing his craft and was known for his exceptional skills and attention to detail. Through his work, Dennis made a lasting impact on countless projects and earned the admiration of his colleagues and clients alike. After graduating from Merrill High School, he embarked on a journey that would shape the rest of his life. Dennis married the love of his life, Joy Stahl, with whom he shared 55 years of unwavering love and support. Together they built a beautiful family filled with love and laughter. Dennis was a devoted father to his two sons who brought immense joy into his life. He cherished every moment spent with them and took great pride in watching them grow. Dennis leaves behind a legacy of strength, wisdom, and unconditional love.

Dennis Carl Pontseele's legacy will forever live on in the hearts of his loving wife, Joy Pontseele, their two sons, four grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents.

 Honoring his wishes, cremation has taken place. No services have been planned at this time. Arrangements have been entrusted to the W. L. Case and Company Funeral Directors, 4480 Mackinaw Road, Saginaw, MI 48603.
