Beloved father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and friend passed away on Sunday, February 19, 2023 at Health Source, with his family at his side; at the age of 78 years.

The son of the late Gerald and Marguerite (Pohlman) Judd, Dennis was born on March 13, 1944, in Bay City, Michigan. He graduated from Saginaw High School in 1962. Dennis continued his education at Local 7 Sheet Metal Union. He married Nancy Kaye Watters in 1965. He later married Alyson Marie Robb on December 16, 1972, his wife of nearly 50 years. She preceded him in death on November 14, 2022. Dennis was very active in the Shrine in both Michigan and Florida; including the Eastern Star and the Arab Patrol. He transported many children to different Shriner Hospitals, he made over 300 trips between Chicago, Philadelphia, Cincinnati, and Tampa. Dennis exemplified a strong sense of faith by being involved at Greater Dimensions in Saginaw, Michigan; and Fellowship Church in Rotonda, Florida. He was a loyal and dedicated sheet metal worker for over 40 years. Dennis owned and operated Judd Construction. Through his construction company, he helped the community and those that were less fortunate. He was a sports enthusiast, serving an active role as coach for little league and junior league baseball and football. Dennis especially enjoyed attending his children and grandchildren sporting events. In his free time, Dennis enjoyed woodworking.  Above all, Dennis cherished the time spent with his family and loved ones.

He leaves to cherish his memory his children: Janet Massoglia of Saginaw, Michigan; Scott (Tania) Judd of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan; Stacey (H.J.) Dillard, Jr. of Fort Wayne, Indiana; Ryan (Katrina) Judd of Saginaw; Michigan; grandchildren: Spencer, Estella, and Philip Judd; Samantha and James Massoglia, Jordan Mitchell, Mariah and H.J. “Trey” Dillard; great granddaughter: Kimora Mata; sister: Jane Blackwell;  special cousins: Ron and Connie Judd; and special friends: Danny and Susan Wolinski, Cheryl McKay, and William Howard, Sr. Dennis was preceded in death by his daughter: Tamara Sue Judd; parents: Gerald and Marguerite Judd; parents-in-laws: Philip and Margaret Robb; and former spouse, Nancy Kay (Watters) Niven.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to First State Hospice and Health Source for their kind and compassionate care of Dennis.

Funeral Service will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, February 24, 2022, at W. L. Case & Company Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Road. Dr. Julian Gonzales will officiate. Entombment will follow at Chapel Hill Mausoleum & Cemetery. Friends are welcome to visit with the family at the funeral home on Friday from 12:00 p.m. until the time the service.
