Canell, Deena Fay Saginaw, Michigan Passed away Monday, December 30, 2013 at St. Mary's of Michigan, age 45 years. Deena was born in Saginaw, Michigan April 13, 1968, the daughter of the late Walter and Norene (Lear) Canell. Deena was a dedicated employee of Tri-City Telecom for 19 years. She truly enjoyed her work. She is survived by her brother, Darrell (Dawn) Canell; five nieces and nephews, Amber (Jacob) Pollak, Ashlee McFarland, Elizabeth (Jason) Acker, Ruth McFarland and Johannah McFarland; her significant other, Augustus "Gus" Weatherspoon and his mother, Martha Weatherspoon. She was predeceased by a very dear aunt, Patsy Lear. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place 11:30 a.m. Saturday, January 11, 2014 at First Church of the Nazarene, 3000 Davenport, Saginaw. Rev. John Obrecht will officiate.
