Beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt passed away on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at Covenant HealthCare – Harrison, with her family at her side. Age 66 years.

The daughter of the late Lillian (Hubbard) and James Luxton, Debra was born on June 6, 1959, in Bay City, Michigan. Debra was a waitress and bar tender for many years of loyal and dedicated years. She enjoyed a cold Bud Light, especially during evenings spent playing billiards, darts, or singing karaoke. She also loved relaxing with her favorite shows, particularly The Food Network and The Walking Dead. Above all, Debra treasured every moment with her family and friends and found her greatest joy in cooking for the people she loved.

Surviving are her daughters, Sabrina (fiancé, Philip Kolarik) Degaro, Becky Billmeier, Helena (John) Burton; grandchildren, Richie Degaro Jr, Robyn Billmeier, Rylinn Billmeier, Lauren Burton, Makenzee Burton; her bonus daughter, Amy Gonzales and her four children; sisters, Pam Howell, Linda Long. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and loved ones. Besides her parents, Debra was preceded in death by her sister, Carol Rogers; and by her niece and two nephews.

Funeral service will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at W. L. Case and Company Funeral Directors, 4480 Mackinaw Rd, Saginaw, MI 48603. Elders Randy and Sue Rausch will officiate with cremation to follow. Friends may visit the family from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service on Wednesday at the funeral chapel.
