Beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend passed away on Tuesday, April 28, 2026. She was 68 years old.

The daughter of the late Charles and Nancy (Klopf) Itoney, Debra was born on May 29, 1957. To know Debra was to love her. A friend to all, her humor and charismatic nature made everyone gravitate toward her. Debra had a special way of making everyone feel important, remembering birthdays and saying hi to all around her. She never met a stranger. Debra found joy in the simple things: a cup of coffee, walking the Saginaw Rail Trail, a good book, and crossword puzzles. Above all, Debra cherished being a mother to her children, Matthew, Michele, and Larry.

Surviving are her children: Matthew Itoney and Larry Gregg; two grandchildren: Bella Itoney and Lexi Little; siblings: Margaret Placher, Jacqueline Williamson, James Itoney; son-in-law Rudy Medina, as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.

Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter Michele Gregg-Medina, and a brother, Matthew Mark Itoney.

A funeral service will take place at 2:00 pm on Monday, May 11, 2026 at W. L. Case and Company Funeral Directors, 4480 Mackinaw Rd., Saginaw, MI 48603. Rev. Julie Bailey will officiate with burial to follow at Spaulding Township Cemetery. Friends are welcome to visit with the family at the funeral home on Monday from 10:00 am until the time of service.
