David Aloysius Osinski
Hemlock, Michigan
    Passed away peacefully surrounded by family, November 26, 2022, at his home. He was 71 years old.
    He was born May 2, 1951, in Saginaw, Michigan. The son of the late Clementina (Saxon) and Francis Osinski.  He graduated from Chesaning High School and received his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Saginaw Valley State University. He started his career working at GM Central Foundry. He then graduated from SVSU and moved on to a career as a Software Engineer and retired from Zurich Insurance. He was a member of St. John XXIII, St. Mary’s Church in Hemlock.  David was a private pilot and a member of the Experimental Aircraft Association. He enjoyed flying, computers, the outdoors, landscaping, and sports cars.
    Surviving are two sisters and two brothers, Margaret Wheeler, Frances Rios, Al Osinski and Steve Osinski; In his recent years he spent much of his time with Noreen Kulhanek, Sarah Kulhanek Jacob Kulhanek, and Margaret Dixon. He has numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces/nephews, and great-great nieces/nephews.

    The funeral liturgy will take place at 11:00 a.m. Friday, December 2, 2022, at St. John 
XXIII, St. Mary’s Church, 151 St. Mary’s Drive, Hemlock. Rev. Fr. Michael F. Steltenkamp S.J. will officiate with burial in St. Mary’s Cemetery. Friends may visit with family at the W. L. Case and Co. Funeral Chapel, 201 N. Miller Rd. from 2:00-6:00 p.m. on Thursday where a prayer service will be held at 4 p.m. Friends may then visit at the church from 10:00 a.m. Friday until the time of the funeral liturgy.
