Daryl E. Sahr (Big D) Saginaw, Michigan Son of Donald Jack Sahr and Jacklyn Rylance passed away on Friday April 20, 2018 following a lengthy heart condition, at the age of 65. He was born December 09, 1952 in Saginaw, MI. He worked for ACE Automatic before starting his own business Five Star Amusement. He enjoyed antique automobiles, motorcycles, guns, gambling, hunting, old westerns and music. He was outgoing, generous, willing to give you advise like "My suggestion is to start drinking heavily" or a good story that will be sure make you laugh and was always willing to buy you a drink whether you knew him or not. He is survived by his daughters; Amber Sahr; grandchildren, Gia Botello, Venancio, Tommy and Cruz Miramontes; Amy Royal, grandchild Adeline Kolinski; his girlfriend, Kari Gomez and her daughter, Venessa Rupert and kids, God Son Dylan Mitchell and parents Jeremy and Amanda Mitchell, his step brother, Terry and wife Sue Schafsnitz; step sisters, Paulette Bates, Wendy and husband, Dave Cummings; many nieces, nephews and thirsty friends. He was predeceased by his brothers, Frank Shavnitz Jr, Larry and David Sahr. Funeral service will take place at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 26, 2018, at W.L. Case and Company, 4480 Mackinaw Road with burial to follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may visit with the family at the funeral home from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
