Passed away Tuesday, May 31, 2022, at Wellspring, Frankenmuth. Age 73 years.
The son of the late Viola Mary and Perry Emil Reeves was born November 24, 1948 in Saginaw, Michigan. He married Mary Fellows, October 21, 1967. She survives him. Dan was employed as a Patternmaker with General Motors, retiring with 37 years of service. He was a member of the Bridgeport Eagles Club and enjoyed fishing, woodworking, and camping.
Surviving besides his wife, Mary, are three children, Daniel P. and Barbara Reeves; Matthew Reeves; Brian Reeves; his grandchildren and their spouses, Paul Reeves, Alex Reeves, Nicole and Justin Clemens; Echo and Miguel Torres; Cassie and T. J. Harp; a sister, Elaine Merrow; a brother-in-law, Walt Hall; a special niece and her husband, Donna and Shannon Ray. He was predeceased by five sisters, one brother and their spouses, Eleanor and Frank Brown; Loma and Gerald Kellogg; Wilma and Fred Beebe; Mary Jane Dietzel; Bertha Hall; Perry and Jacqueline Reeves.
The funeral service will take place at 2:00 p.m. Friday, June 3, 2022, at the W. L. Case and Co. Funeral Chapel, 5700 Dixie hwy. Rev. Ted McClulloch will officiate with burial in Spaulding Twp. Cemetery. Friends may visit with family from 11;00 a.m. Friday until the time of the funeral service.
