Cindy Sue Zeitler (McNally) of Saginaw, MI, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 28, 2024, at the age of 67 years. Cindy was born on November 19, 1956, in Greenville, MI, the daughter of the late Thomas F. McNally and the late Marilyn S. McNally (Wilson). She graduated from Eisenhower High School and then received a bachelor’s degree in education, and a master’s degree in special education from Saginaw Valley State College.


Cindy was preceded in death by her loving husband, Nicholas G. Zeitler, who she married on September 12,1992. She is survived by her devoted son, Jason Donald Zeitler. Cindy was predeceased by her brother Daniel H. McNally. 

Cindy is also survived by: her brother and sister-in-law, Thomas R. and Rhonda McNally of Pittsburgh, PA; her sister-in-law and husband, Sheryl (Yantis/McNally) and John Usher of Summerville, SC; a niece and three nephews; two great nieces and two great nephews; and several cousins and their families. 

Cindy was a dedicated special education teacher in Saginaw Public Schools and taught at Furbringer, Jessie Rouse, and Chester Miller elementary schools. She loved her students and enjoyed watching them learn and grow. Cindy loved animals, especially her many cats and dogs over the years.

At Cindy’s request, there will be no services.
