Beloved wife, mother, and grandmother Cindy Arnold (68) died peacefully in her sleep on February 5, 2023 in Punta Gorda, FL. She was with her family. Cindy battled courageously and gave everything she had in her fight against cancer.

Cindy is survived by her husband, Tom, her sons Chad (Amy) Arnold and Ryan Arnold, her grandchildren Jack and Elizabeth Arnold, and her dog Oliver. She is also survived by her siblings Sue (Roger) Pawlanta, Gary (Debbie) Muter, Mike (April) Muter, Tim (Debbie) Muter, Rick (Alex) Muter, Lori (Dennis) Darby, and Kevin (Sam) Muter, and many nieces and nephews. She was the daughter of the late William and Margaret Muter and was preceded in death by her brother Thomas Wayne Muter.

Born in Saginaw, MI, Cindy worked in purchasing at Dow Corning Corporation for 35 years. She loved her work and made many lifelong friends. After retiring, she and Tom spent several wonderful years traveling between Saginaw and Punta Gorda before ultimately choosing the warm Florida weather.

Cindy was devoted to Oliver, her best dog friend. She treasured spending countless hours caring for and taking walks with Oliver. She loved entertaining and dining at local restaurants with friends and family, going to the movies, and painting. Most of all, she cherished spending her time with Tom.

Cindy will be remembered for her kindness and for always taking care of her loved ones.

A celebration of life will take place at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, October 1, 2023 at Four Points Church, Hemlock United Methodist Church Campus, 406 W. Saginaw St. Hemlock. Pastor Rob Richards will officiate.  Friends may visit with the family at the church Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the celebration of life.
