Chad “Chadman” Ryan Robar

Hartland, Michigan

Beloved husband, father, son, grandson, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend found peace and went to be with the angels on Sunday, October 9, 2022; at the age of 36 years.

The son of Cheri (Gilbert) Robar and Charles Robar, Chad was born on July 3, 1986 in Saginaw, Michigan. He graduated from Swan Valley High School with the class of 2004. Chad married Alicia Betzold on September 7, 2013; she survives him. He was a commercial project manager for Dwyer Marble and Stone Supply since August 2011, serving 11 years of loyal and dedicated service. Chad was very passionate about his job. He was an avid Michigan fan. He loved camping, fishing, hunting, golfing, and riding dirt bikes. Above all, Chad cherished the time with his family and loved ones.

Besides his wife: Alicia Robar; surviving are their children: Henry Ryan Robar, Stella Ryan Robar; beloved dog: Harley; his parents: Cheri Robar (Dan Kelly), Charles Robar; grandmother: Cherrie Gilbert; brother and sister: Charles Edmond Robar II, Cherie Leah (Adam Joseph) Standal; nieces and nephews: Kayden Robar, Madison Standal, Mallory Standal, Hannah Standal, Avita Wallace, Cyrus Wallace, Beau Betzold. Also surviving are numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, many extended family members and very dear friends. Chad was preceded in death by his grandparents: Edmond and Sally Robar, Don Gilbert.

Funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 15, 2022 at W. L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel, 201 N. Miller Road, Saginaw, Michigan 48609. Rev. Ron Sharpe will officiate. Friends may visit the family from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Friday, October 14, 2022, and from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral on Saturday at the funeral chapel. In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to his children’s education in c/o Alicia Robar.
