Carole Jean Krzciok

Carole Jean Krzciok, age 85, passed away peacefully on July 15, 2025, at Hampton Manor in Merrill, Michigan. Born on June 22, 1940, in Merrill, Carole's life was a testament to love, resilience, and nurturing spirit.

Carole was a devoted mother to her four children, Kelly (Suzanne) Krzciok, Jeanne (Robert) McCoy, Dale Krzciok, and Tracy Krzciok; grandchildren, Austin Krzciok, Brandon and Beth Colpean, Edward Colpean, Jaime Colpean, Jeremy (Shannon) McCoy, and Bobby McCoy; two sisters-in-law, Marge Krzciok and Donna Krzciok; and several nieces and nephews.

Carole was predeceased by her loving husband of 57 years, David L. Krzciok. Carole and David were united in marriage on June 25, 1960, and he died on August 10, 2017. She was also predeceased by her parents, Bernard Kissane and Mildred (Wolfert) Kissane; and her brothers, Bud Kissane, Mike (Mari Lou) Kissane, Pat (Julie) Kissane, and Terry (Judy) Kissane.

A woman of many interests, Carole found joy in various hobbies, including gardening, which reflected her nurturing nature as she cultivated both plants and relationships. She had a love for playing slots, relishing the excitement they brought, and she enjoyed refinishing antique furniture, displaying her creativity and appreciation for history. Shopping was another of her passions, where she found pleasure in discovering treasures to share with her loved ones.

Carole Jean Krzciok will be remembered not only for her devotion to family and friends but also for her vibrant spirit and the joy she brought to those around her. Her influence and love will remain etched in the hearts of all who knew her.

In honor of Carole’s wishes, cremation has taken place, and a private family service will take place later.
