Carol Joan Eimers, born on March 16, 1935, in Saginaw, Michigan, passed away peacefully on June 8, 2025. She was a cherished mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.
Carol was a lifelong member of the community where she dedicated her time and talents to her church. She was a devoted attendee of Dice Road Wesleyan Church and, most recently, was an active member of Merrill Wesleyan Church. Her faith was a guiding force in her life, and she expressed it through countless volunteer hours at St. Luke's Hospital, where she made a significant impact on the lives of those around her.
In addition to her spiritual commitments, Carol had a knack for wood crafting and found joy in mowing her lawn, relishing the beauty of her surroundings. Central to her life were her family and grandchildren, with whom she delighted in spending time. Carol loved babysitting her grandchildren and was a consistent presence at their school and sporting events. Her bond with them was one of deep affection and joy, inspiring all who knew her.
She was united in marriage with Earl David Eimers on August 25, 1952. Earl preceded her in death on September 5, 1993.
Carol is survived by her daughter, Diane (Frank Siazik) Badour, and son, Paul (Pamela) Eimers; daughter-in-law, Roxanne Eimers; six grandchildren, LeeAnn Ward, Jason Bluer, Jessica (Chase) Roberts, Brady (Katie) Eimers, Breck Eimers, and Michael Eimers; nine great-grandchildren, Kendal, Karli, Ava, Clara, Eli, Bo, Ariya, Michael, and Theodore; sister, Donna (Otto) Pretzer; sister-in-law, Sonya Frost; brother-in-law, Edwin Beythan; and numerous nieces.
Carol was preceded in death by her son, Michael Eimers; son-in-law, Mark Badour; sister, Edwina Frost; brother, Robert Frost; and sister-in-law, Mildred Beythan.
