Burdeen M. Cottle St. Charles, Michigan Devoted wife, mother, and grandmother went home to the Lord on October 27, 2017, at the age of 82 years. Burdeen was born August 2, 1935, in Caro, Michigan to the late Roy and Rachel (Pettifor) Poole. She was kind, loving and devoted to her family. She found the good in everyone. She will be missed by her husband of 63 years, Paul Cottle; children, Darlene Cottle, Daniel (Gwendolyn) Cottle, Doreen (Glenn) Bongard; grandchildren, Amy (Walter) Ferrall, Jordan (Megan) Cottle, Rachel (Logan) Miller, Joseph Bongard, and Phillip Bongard; great-grandchildren, Emma, Sadie, Paul, and Garrick; and her brother Ernest (Joan) Poole. She was preceded in death by her son, David; and her sister, Naomi (Fed) Hildenbrand. Funeral services will take place at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 7, 2017, at W.L. Case & Company 4480 Mackinaw Rd. Rev. Dan Miller and Mr. Joe Bongard will officiate with burial to take place at Oakwood Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.
