Beverly Ann Binder
Saginaw, Michigan

Beloved mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt and friend passed away peacefully at home after a brief illness, on Thursday, March 31, 2022, with her family at her side; at the age of 86 years.

The daughter of the late Eugene and Evelyn (Ford) Deshone, Beverly was born on May 30, 1935 in Saginaw, Michigan. She graduated from Arthur High School with the class of 1953. Beverly worked as an operator at Michigan Bell Telephone Company until becoming a stay-at-home mom, caring for her children. She later became a CNA at St. Francis Home for many years of loyal and dedicated service. Upon retiring, she enjoyed in-home care for several individuals. She was a member of St. Dominic Parish, SS Peter and Paul Catholic Church, where she was involved as a catechism teacher and in the choir. Beverly was also involved with the S.P.R.E.D. Program Special Religious Development, and the Tri-City Chorus of Sweet Adeline’s International. She will fondly be remembered for her caring nature, sharing her talents for the love of music, singing and playing her keyboard in various facilities. Beverly enjoyed playing cards, crosswords, and word games, especially Scrabble. Above all, Beverly cherished the time spent with her family and friends.

Surviving are her daughters, sons and their spouses: Donnie Binder of Mims, Florida; Daniel and Rhonda Binder of Midland; Dawn and David Miller of Harrison; Dave Binder and Gloria Escamilla of Saginaw; Dana and Cal Gauna of Hemlock; grandchildren: Paige (Andrew) Pollard, Jeffrey Binder, Sarah Valo, Chad Booth, Jace Binder, Joslyn Binder, Julia Gauna; great-grandchildren: Chayse Wrzesinski, Zachary Binder; her sister: Connie Thurston (Ken Bailey); her brother: Roger (Kathy) Deshone; very dear friends: Darlene Keyes, Peggy Rapin. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends. Beverly is preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Donald Binder; her nephew: Matthew Deshone; and her niece: Ann Bryan.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to ProMedica Hospice for their kind and compassionate care of Beverly; and also to Sister Elaine Raymond for her friendship, prayers and support.
