Dunham, Arthur Wilbur, Jr. Sanford, Michigan Passed away Tuesday, June 18, 2013 at St. Mary's of Michigan, age 74 years. Arthur was born in Saginaw, Michigan January 3, 1939 the son of the late Arthur Wilbur and Anna (Ambrose) Dunham, Sr. He married Judith Hagar November 4, 1961 and she survives him. Arthur served in the United States Army. He worked for Michigan Bell for many years. He enjoyed camping, boating, riding his recumbent bike on the Sanford Rail Trail, working in his yard and around the house. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and playing video games. In addition to his wife, Judith, Arthur is survived by three children, Arthur (Betsy) Dunham, III, Julie (Dennis) Miller and Andrew (Brenda) Dunham; six perfect grandchildren, Arthur Dunham, IV, Matthew Dunham, Dennis W. Miller and his fiance, Rebecca Nizinski, Kevin Miller, Grayson Dunham and Tess Dunham. Arthur was predeceased by his two brothers, Gary and Richard. The funeral service will take place 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 22, 2013 at W. L. Case & Company Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. Rev. Fr. Joseph Schabel will officiate with private burial in St. Andrew Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family at the chapel Friday from 2:00 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 8:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until time of the service. In lieu of flowers, the family has suggested donations to the Wounded Warriors Project or a charity of the donor's choice.
