She enjoyed going to Eight Point Lake and water skiing with her two sisters and friends. She married David Berger on May 11, 1985 and raised three sons together. Annette managed a daycare out of her home and did an amazing job. Annette loved all the children who passed through her home and treated them as if they were her own. Annette was a loving wife, mother, and friend. Everyone who knew her received love, kindness, and positivity. Annette was an active member on Zion Lutheran Church. She taught Sunday School, volunteered for countless church activities and was a pillar of her community. Annette was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s at the age of 56 and battled the disease for six years. While battling her illness she still maintained her loving attitude and showed great strength. She stayed at the Roosevelt Assisted Living Home.
