Went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 26, 2022 at Toni & Trish House, at the age of years 89 years.

The daughter of the late Fred and Hattie (Wenzel) Smith, Ann was born on June 4, 1933 in Fremont Township, Michigan. She married Martin Joseph Drbul on January 24, 1953; he preceded her in death on January 22, 2009. Ann was a lifelong resident of Hemlock, and a member of St. John XXIII Parish, St. Mary Catholic Church, Hemlock. She worked at Saginaw Furniture and Travel Homes, retiring in 1979 after 18 years of loyal and dedicated service. Ann enjoyed gardening, canning, camping, fishing and traveling.

Surviving is her dear friend: Donna Frollo, and many nieces, nephews, and extended family members.  She was preceded in death by her sisters and brothers: Helen Clapp, Dorothy Clapp, Linda Wade, Elmer Smith, and Alfred Smith.

Funeral will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 5, 2022 at W. L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel, 201 N. Miller Road, Saginaw, Michigan 48609. Rev. Ted McCulloch will officiate. Burial will take place at St. Mary Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will take place from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral chapel on Monday. In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to St. John XXIII Parish, St. Mary Catholic Church, or a charity of the donor’s choice.
