Beloved mother and grandmother passed away on Friday, April 24, 2020 at Covenant HealthCare – Cooper; at the age of 90 years. The daughter of the late William and Lizzie (Corkill) Botwright, Alberta was born on June 19, 1929 in Saginaw, Michigan. She was a member of Moose Lodge 82 for over 50 years. Alberta enjoyed crossword puzzles and she was an avid Detroit Tigers fan.
Surviving are two sons and one daughter: Glenn Plowman; Brenda Plowman; James (Debra) Plowman; four grandchildren: Shane; Ronald (Jennifer); Jason; Stacey (Rob); four great-grandchildren; one great-grandchild; one special nephew: Jerry Baze; and extended family members. Alberta is preceded in death by her husband: Charles Plowman; Clyde Fowler; a daughter: Deborah Bugbee; a daughter-in-law: Judy Plowman; and 9 brothers and sisters.
Due to the worldwide health pandemic, private family services have taken place at W. L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Road, Saginaw. Burial has taken place at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may consider memorials to the wishes of the family.
